Supporter Director Objectives for the Season (2006/07)
- Run matchday surgeries every month throughout the season and report the main topics raised, dealing with any individual questions raised in a timely manner.
- Visit different parts of the ground on matchdays when I am not holding a surgery.
- Publish at least one programme article a month in the Club programme.
- Communicate regularly via the Supporter Director website (www.bfcsupporterdirector.co.uk) ensuring supporters are aware of the activities I am involved in.
- Ensure that the policies on tickets for the boardroom and complementary tickets are published and that the numbers of complementary tickets are known by the end of the season.
- Facilitate the growth of the involvement of people with disabilities in the Club, Supporters’ and Community Sports Trusts.
- Review the effectiveness of the policy of encouraging the young (under 16s) to attend matches at Griffin Park.
- Set-up a networking group between Trust owned Clubs in the Football League and other interested parties.
- At the end of the season chair an open review with the Club, supporter representative groups and individual supporters of the Club’s performance against the Club charter and associated promises made to the Football League.
