Hi Jon - Congratulations once again on your appointment to the BFC board.

Hopefully your input can help turn things around at the club we all love.

As you know I'm over in April for the last 5 games of the season - I look forward to meeting you and buying you a pint!

Cheers mate

Jon, it is a delight to a last see a Supporter Director doing the job they are meant to do - You have many challenges ahead but with good communication these challenges will go away one by one.

I have always said that the more communication the Club gives out - The greater the response will be from the supporters.

I agree completely with your open letter to the BU Board. The only thing I'd add is that I think they need to address the problems resulting from the fact that they have only ever communicated "good news" to Bees fans, so many people have no idea how serious and fundamental the problems faced by the club are. I hope they have invited you to the Strategy Day.

I may well be opening myself up to accusations of sour grapes, but I have real concerns over your open letter to BU. I don't disagree with much of what you said in it, but your job is as a director of our football club - a company which is loosing money despite significant windfalls and which is facing relegation. Since you decided that the role in the club was more important (or more appropriate to your skills) than your role in BU, I am surprised you have the time on your hands to be throwing stones at BU.

As before, I continue to congratulate you on delivering on your communications commitments, but I was hoping you would be reporting more progress from within BFC and less about... other things.
